Entrepreneur, innovation strategist and business leader Ntando Kubheka brings extensive experience across technology, financial services, mobility and entrepreneurship, with a career built around identifying opportunities, developing new business models and turning ideas into scalable ventures.
An MBA graduate of Nelson Mandela University Business School, Ntando began his career in accounting and auditing before moving into management consulting and later joining Standard Bank, where his roles included programme management and innovation strategy. He went on to co-found Locomute, one of Africa’s pioneering technology-enabled car-sharing businesses, which grew from an MBA project into a commercial venture with hundreds of vehicles.
His entrepreneurial journey has continued across sectors including insurance, consumer goods, transport and logistics, while he has also shared his practical business experience through lecturing at business schools.
